A plea agreement has not happened with a Findlay woman accused of theft.

A plea offer was made when Rochelle McCoy appeared via Zoom on Feb. 28 in the courtroom of Wood County Common Pleas Judge Matt Reger.

It was incorrectly reported online and in a March 4 printed article that she accepted the plea.

A plea hearing has been scheduled for March 20.

McCoy, 47, has been accused of theft, money laundering, tampering with records and identity fraud. The charges relate to incidents that allegedly occurred involving Ohio Job and Family Services.
