Seventeen members gathered at the Pemberville Opera House on Feb. 14. Members were greeted by Hostess Cindy Lohrbach and then viewed the “For Love of Art” show which is in its 18th year.
After the viewing,Tracey Briggs called the meeting to order. Minutes were read and accepted. Treasurer Nedra Sheets reported a balance of $1,125, noting that donations to the scholarship fund are included in the total.
The March meeting will be held at Sonfire.
Members were encouraged to sign up for programs for next year and to consider running for club offices and committees. Members answered the roll call naming their favorite artist, including the famous and the locally noted. Five names were submitted for membership and all were approved.
After adjournment, Lohrbach served refreshments and members continued to view the art show and share stories about the show.
