Robin Lea (Kidd) Espen, 60, of St. Clairsville, OH, passed away Friday, January 13, 2023. She was born October 29, 1962 in Bowling Green, OH, a daughter of Clarence & Janet (Kerr) Kidd of Bowling Green.
A graduate of Bowling Green High School, Robin worked in the lunchroom at St. Clairsville-Richland City Schools, always coming home with the funniest of stories. She loved lounging around her pool in her “Big Joe”; attending all of her children’s sporting events; drinking margaritas whenever & wherever possible; and always being there for her children. Most importantly in her life, she was a homemaker and raised wonderful children with her husband, Michael.
In addition to her parents, Robin is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Michael Espen; six children, Hanna (Vincent) Bruce of Newark, Ohio, Allison Espen of St. Clairsville, Gabrielle Espen (Troy King) of Toledo, Ohio, Jessica Espen of Rayland, Ohio and Chase & Clay Espen of St. Clairsville; and a step-daughter, Samantha (Steve) Brown, and three step-grandchildren, all of Henderson, NV. She is also survived by her two sisters, Nancy Kidd & Jo Lynn Gerkens, and numerous other family members.

Family and friends will be received at the CARE Funeral Home, 204 W. Main Street, St. Clairsville, OH, on Friday, January 20, from Noon until 6 pm. Family & friends will then be received at the funeral home on Saturday, January 21, from Noon until time of service at 3 pm, with Life Celebrant Sarah Barickman officiating.
