Janice Sue (Moore) Johns, 83, of Millbury, Ohio passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022, after a short illness at Mercy Health- Perrysburg Hospital. Janice was born December 24, 1939 in Bowling Green, Ohio to James M. and Grace O. (Schmeltz) Moore. She graduated salutatorian from Webster High School in 1957. She married Ronald M. Johns on June 24, 1958 in Luckey, Ohio. Janice and Ronald raised 2 sons and celebrated 64 years of marriage together before Ronald’s passing in August of this year. Janice worked as a library Assistant retiring from the Lake Local School district with 25 years of service. She enjoyed camping, traveling and going to tractor shows with her husband. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her granddaughters. She is survived by her sons Roger M. Johns of Lawrenceville, GA and Randy S.
(Sherri) Johns of Millbury, OH. Granddaughters: Ellen (Austin) Seifert, Hannah Johns and Clair Johns. Janice was preceded in death by her husband Ronald, her parents, and her brother Ronald G. Moore. Family and friends will be received 4-7 p.m., Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Marsh & Marsteller Funeral Home, 110 West Main Street, Luckey.
