Elizabeth J. Wilbarger, 57, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away December 16, 2022.
She was born December 3, 1965 in Toledo, Ohio to Walter and Judith (Van Orman) Wilbarger.
Elizabeth was an avid reader, enjoying all different genres of books. Beth earned her Master’s Degree, spending her entire career at Lawrence Hall in Chicago and was promoted to V.P. of Human Resources several years ago. She was a hard worker and cherished her many friendships, particularly with Debbie, Trent and Owen. She adored the family’s cat Thomas and dog Sammy.
Beth was blessed with a beautiful voice and was always singing, often at weddings. She always made people laugh and was always good with a joke, even if she was the target. She laughed long and hard and was deeply loved. She loved her family and would do any for us. She was our rock.
She is survived by her mother Judith Wilbarger of Bowling Green, brother Christopher Wilbarger of Perrysburg, Ohio and sisters Heidi Wilbarger of Nashville, Tennessee and Rebecca Wilbarger of Perrysburg, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her father Walter.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at noon at First United Methodist Church, 1526 E. Wooster St., Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. Pastor Greg Miller will officiate.
Visitation will be held Tuesday morning at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at noon.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dunn Funeral Home in Bowling Green.
Memorial contributions may be given in her memory to the Wood County Humane Society or First United Methodist Church.
