2 men indicted for sex offenses in Wood County

Two men have been indicted for alleged sexual-related offenses.

A Wood County grand jury on Wednesday indicted Mark A. Amendola, 61, Perrysburg, for four counts pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, all second-degree felonies.

On June 30, Aug. 3, Aug. 21 and Sept. 1, he allegedly created, reproduced or published obscene material that had a minor as one of its participants or observers.

If found guilty, Amendola must forfeit an HP laptop and Amazon Fire tablet that was used to in the alleged offenses.

Tyler Lee Boughey, 20, Defiance, was indicted for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a fourth-degree felony.

From May 27-29, he is accused of engaging in sexual conduct with a person who was 15 years old at the time and he knew that person’s age.
