Citations Oct. 1:

Amanda Leimgruber, 40, Fostoria, was arrested for theft/shoplifting and Randy Wilson, 48, Fostoria, was arrested for complicity to theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were taken to jail.

Dante Wheeler, 21, Lima, was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing official business after police responded to City Lot 1 for a reported fight. Wheeler was taken to jail.

Fielden Deeds Jr., 22, Lima, was arrested for disorderly conduct/unable to care for self and was taken to jail.

Deniz Gocmen, 18, Perrysburg, was arrested for failure to control, OVI, and BAC (PAC 0.233). He posted bond at the police station.

Lauren Kostelnik, 42, BG, was arrested for obstructing official business. She posted bond at the police station.

Police took reports of criminal damaging in the 200 block of South Summit Street and one in the 800 block of East Wooster Street.

Theft valued at $100 was reported from a vehicle in the 800 block of Eighth Street.

Police responded to a report of an unruly juvenile in the 1100 block of South Main Street; criminal damaging near City Lot 4; and a suicidal female in the 600 block of Fourth Street.

A juvenile male was arrested in the 1500 block of Cardinal Avenue and was taken to the juvenile detention center.

Police responded to the 1000 block of North Main Street for a report of possibly two juveniles who had entered through a window and had taken $13 in currency and to the hospital for a threats report.

Citations Oct. 6:

Thor Bottesch, 31, BG, was arrested for OVI, PAC (BAC 0.241), no operator’s license, turn and stop signals, marked lanes and expired registration. He was taken to jail.

Shawn Davis II, 24, homeless, was arrested on a felony warrant out of Toledo Police Department, expired registration, two counts driving under suspension, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to jail.

Nicholas Moyer, 35, Perrysburg, was cited for possession of hashish and was arrested on a warrant through Monroe County, Michigan. He was taken to jail to await extradition.

Police took a report of theft of $50 from a vehicle in the 700 block of South Dunbridge Road.

BG civil enforcement took a complaint of grass and litter in the 1600 block of East Wooster Street.

In the 800 block of East Wooster Street, Brandon Keel, 20, Tampa, Florida, was arrested for receiving stolen property and Makye Moore, Toledo, was cited for possession of marijuana. Keel was taken to jail.

Police responded to juvenile court for an intimidation report and issued a warrant against Shaun Powell, 39, BG, for intimidation. As of Nov. 14, he had not been arrested.

Police responded to the 1000 block of Fairview Avenue for a report of issues with juveniles.

A warrant was issued for Brian Estis, 31, Toledo, for violation of a protection order. He was arrested Nov. 4 and released three days later on an own recognizance bond.

Shan Sneyd, 32, Toledo, was arrested in the area of East Wooster Street and I-75 for criminal trespass and pedestrian walking in the roadway. He was taken to jail and later charged with theft/shoplifting of $189 at Meijer and possession of criminal tools.

Police responded to the 400 block of Gould Street regarding the theft of electricity, to City Park for a report of damage and to the high school for a student with a suspected marijuana vape pen.
