BG civil enforcement received complaints of litter in a yard in the 300 block of North Main Street; an unregistered vehicle on Greenbrier Court; broken windows, litter and overgrown trees in the 100 block of West Evers Avenue; an overflowing dumpster in the 300 block of East Wooster Street; and furniture outside a dumpster in the 400 block of South Enterprise Street.
A theft with a loss of $600 was reported in the 1200 block of West Newton Road.

Jacob Lowery, 29, Marengo, was arrested for OVI, PAC (BAC 0.103) and reckless operation, following too closely and was taken to jail.

Kyle Wentz, BG, was cited for OVI, PAC (BAC 0.217) and failure to maintain reasonable control after his vehicle struck a house in the 500 block of West Gypsy Lane.

At 11:37 p.m. in the 200 block of North Prospect Street, Alexander Heyman, 20, Bellevue, was arrested for receiving stolen property, improper transportation of firearms, open container, underage possession of alcohol and possession of a defaced firearm. Kaleb Barnett, 19, Willard, and Pheinix Eitle, 20, Monroeville, were arrested for open container and underage possession of alcohol. All three were taken to jail. Richard Lacy, of Republic, was cited for possession of marijuana.

A 17-year-old Toledo boy was arrested for disorderly conduct/public urination and underage consumption of alcohol and was taken to juvenile detention.
Bicycles were reported stolen in the 200 block of East Napoleon ($1,200) and the 400 block of East Wooster ($850).
