Are you thinking of adding new plants to a collection, or ready to get started growing houseplants of your own to add to your home?

The Wood County District Public Library is offering a houseplant exchange opportunity. Join the houseplant exchange on Oct. 21 from 1:30-5:30 p.m. and on Oct. 22 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in Meeting Room C at the library, 251 N. Main St.

On Friday, drop off extra plants or clippings of healthy plants to the library to exchange with other community members. For each plant or clipping dropped of on Friday, participants will receive a ticket to use for the exchange on Saturday. On Saturday, bring tickets to exchange them for a new plant.
