The Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce is accepting registrations for the 2022 BG Community Holiday Parade which will take place on Nov. 19.

Units will step off at 9:50 a.m. with that first unit arriving in Downtown Bowling Green at 10 a.m. The theme this year is Toys, Trains, and Candy Canes.

The 67th Annual Bowling Green Community Holiday Parade presenting sponsors are City of Bowling Green, Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce, Bowling Green State University, and Wood County Hospital. WTOL-TV Channel 11 will be broadcasting the parade live again this year with Ryan Wichman as the announcer.

Participating in the BG Community Holiday Parade is an opportunity for a business or organization to share the joy and the spirit of the holiday season with thousands of people in the area.

Registration is $25 ($15 for non-profits), with the fees supporting band stipends, parade publicity and general administrative costs, along with the cost of WTOL broadcasting. Sponsorships and/or donations to help offset expenses of the parade are also appreciated.

Sponsorship and unit registration forms can be found at www.bgchamber.net or downloaded and mailed to the chamber at 217 S. Church St., Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. Sponsorship and Registration forms must be received by 5 p.m. Oct. 31 or when capacity is reached.

To inquire about our many sponsorship opportunities, contact Kristen Kreienkamp at 419-353-7945 or email at [email protected].

The chamber also needs volunteer bay coordinators, runners, non-permit zone monitors, banner carriers and exit bay coordinators.
