Two men charged with sex crimes and one indicted for aggravated robbery were among 18 people indicted by
a Wood County grand jury last week.
Kenneth Pultz, 53, Bowling Green, was indicted on two counts of rape and one count of gross sexual
imposition concerning incidents occurring between 2005 and 2007. All of the incidents allegedly involved
the same juvenile who, at the time, was between 5 and 7 years of age.
John Leveck, 35, Bowling Green, was indicted on one count of unlawful sexual contact with a minor, two
counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, and one count of attempted
illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance. The incidents allegedly occurred in
February of this year.
Jeremiah Zoltani, 26, Millbury, was indicted on one count of aggravated robbery, one count of robbery,
and a count of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer concerning a Sept. 25,
2013, incident at a Tim Horton’s restaurant on Buck Road in Rossford. Zoltani allegedly had a gun in his
possession during the offense.
Also indicted were:
• Deon Armstrong, Detroit: possession of criminal tools, aggravated trafficking, aggravated possession of
drugs.
• Ryan Armstrong, 35, Bowling Green: tampering with evidence, carrying a concealed weapon.
• Ronnell Clark, 32; and Louis Wilkerson, 32, both of Akron: trafficking in marijuana, possession of
marijuana.
• Wesley Gatling, 30, Toledo, forgery.
• Leslie Griffin, 37, Findlay: possession of drugs.
• David Healey Jr., 24, Perrysburg: trespass in a habitation.
• Derek Lentz, 24, Perrysburg: trespass in a habitation, forgery.
• Kyle Lohmeyer, 26, Northwood: theft, misuse of credit cards, receiving stolen property.
• Bradley Palmer, 36, Bowling Green: grand theft.
• Brandy Pearce, 25, Risingsun: failure to appear as required by recognizance (three counts).
• Jacob Pennington, 31, Fostoria: aggravated possession of drugs, possession of cocaine.
• Calvin Smith Sr., 64, Rossford: possession of cocaine.
• Roderick Sotzing, 22, Casstown: trafficking in marijuana (two counts).
• Jaquan Townsend, 21, Cleveland: trafficking in marijuana (two counts).
Final dispensation in the cases will be available from the court.
