A city teen was arrested Saturday on sex charges after an incident at a playground.
MacConnell Hall, 18, was listed in the Wood County jail this morning, held on $10,000 bond.
Police at 3:52 p.m. received a report that Hall had inappropriately touched a 15-year-old female and a
9-year-old female at a playground in the 400 block of Napoleon Road.
He also had reportedly choked an 11-year-old boy at the scene.
After being taken into custody, Hall reportedly admitted he was at the scene and said he accidentally
touched the girls. He further said the incident with the 11-year-old was accidental and emerged after
the boy harassed him.
He was arrested and taken to jail on two counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of assault.
