Accidents occurred:
Oct. 10
•    At 11:49 a.m. Raymond Shank, 57, of Wayne, cited for assured clear distance ahead and speed
following a rear end crash, on Ohio 281 at Ohio 25, after a collision with Shannon Haney-Carroll, 43, of
Perrysburg.
•    At 11:57 a.m. Betty Schultz-Baumann, 80 of Waterville, was cited for right of way while turning left
on Ohio 65. She was southbound and turned into the path of Eric J. Vonalmen, 29, Maumee.
•    At 1 p.m. Kenneth Boldt, 72, Maumee, was southbound on Ohio 25 in Henry Township when he said he
blacked out went across the median and the northbound lanes into a ditch.
•    At 9:05 p.m. Jon Schortgen, 22, of Deshler was cited for failure to control after being westbound on
Ohio 18 at Prairie View after he left the roadway.
Oct. 12
•    At 9:55 a.m. Larry Deal Jr., 47, McComb, cited for reasonable control after he left the roadway on
Liberty Hi Road at Gorrill Road.
•    At 12:32 p.m. Rodd Wolford, 18, Woodville, said he fell asleep while Eastbound in the 4000 block of
U.S. Highway 6. His vehicle left the roadway, struck a utility pole and flipped .Oct. 13
•    At 8:59 a.m.Abram Kadle, 23, of Tiro, Ohio, was cited for speed and failure to maintain an assured
clear distance ahead, after striking the back of Christopher Kirman, 47, of Orange Village, Ohio on
Bowling Green Road East at Ohio 105.

Heather Slagle, 21, of Fostoria, was arrested for possession of heroin and theft after a call by WalMart
asset protection. She was taken to jail.
