This specialized program will consist monthly of blood pressure clinics, medication reviews by a
pharmacist, monthly diabetes educational presentations, exercise programs, nurse monitoring of
accuchecks/insulin injections, specialized foot care by a visiting podiatrist, and a Diabetes Resource
Center.
The community is invited to an open house on Tuesday from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., including a ribbon cutting
