Nancy Krueger, 77, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away on May 9, 2019. Nancy was born on May 20, 1941 to
the late Paul and Laura (Mabus) Krueger in Liberty Center, Ohio.
Nancy graduated from Liberty Center High School in 1959. She was a member of the Red Hat Sassy Lassies in
Bowling Green, and attended both St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Bowling Green and St. Patrick Catholic
Church in Grand Rapids, Ohio. Nancy was employed as a library assistant for the Northwest Ohio Regional
Book Depository at Bowling Green State University. She enjoyed reading, playing cards, playing Bingo
twice a week, going shopping at Goodwill, doing crafts, and completing puzzles. Nancy enjoyed traveling
and going on bus tours where she made many friends. Nancy loved watching her grandchildren and spending
“grandma time“ with them. Her family was very important to her and she will be greatly missed.
Nancy is survived by her daughter Joan (Brian) Bonnough of Haskins; sons: David Gustwiller of Lyndhurst,
OH, Scott Gustwiller of Bowling Green; grandchildren: Hayden and Willow Gustwiller, Katie and Connor
Bonnough; stepgranddaughter: Ava Nulph; great granddaughter Ember; sister: Carol Flory of Wauseon;
brothers: John “Jack” (Marilyn) Krueger of Liberty Center, and William Krueger of Defiance.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and sister-in-law Anita Krueger.
Visitation for Nancy will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 from 3-7 p.m. in the Wright-Hanneman Funeral
Home, 24084 W. Second Street, Grand Rapids, Ohio. Additional visitation will be held on Wednesday, May
15, 2019 from 9:00 AM until the time of her Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.in St. Patrick Catholic
Church, 14010 South River Road, Grand Rapids, Ohio. Interment will immediately follow in St. Patrick
Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be gifted in Nancy’s honor to the Sight Center of
Northwest Ohio or the Wood County Public Library.
