NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Perrysburg Township Board of Zoning Appeals hereby gives notice of a Public
Hearing to consider the following request: Application No. Z2014-0217 (variance) John M. Trease, on
behalf of George M. Jones III, 30357 E. River Road, has requested to install an eight (8) foot high
fence within a required front yard. The property is zoned R-1 Rural Residential. Article VII, Section J
