the centerline of said Portage Road, said centerline also being the north line of the northeast one
quarter of said Section 10 a distance of 559.00 feet to a mag nail found marking the point of beginning;
Thence S-00 deg 00 min 00 sec-W a distance 380.00 feet to an iron pin set, passing at 30.00 feet an iron
pin found; Thence N-90 deg 00 min 00 sec-W parallel to the centerline of said Portage Road, said
centerline also being the north line of the northeast quarter of said Section 10, a distance of 208.00
feet to an iron pin set; Thence N-00 deg 00 min 00 sec-E a distance of 380.00 feet to a mag nail found
on the centerline of said Portage Road, marking the northeast corner of parcel of land conveyed to
Darrin R. and Denise L. Hook recorded in deed Volume 747 Page 759, passing at 100.00 feet an iron pin
found marking the southeast corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Darrin R. and Denise L. Hook recorded
in deed Volume 747 Page 759, and also passing at 350.00 feet an iron pin found; Thence N-90 deg 00 min
00 sec-E along the centerline of said Portage Road a distance of 208.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel containing in all 1.8145 acres of land (0.1433 acres within road R/W) more or less, subject to
all legal highways, easements and restrictions written or recorded. The bearings referred to herein are
based upon an assumed meridian and are used only for the purposes of angular measurement. Iron pins set
are 5/8 inch diameter steel rebars with plastic caps bearing company name, This legal description is
based upon a land survey performed during September 2004 by Poggemeyer Design Group, Inc and was

Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bid guarantee shall be made payable to Perrysburg Township,
Ohio, and is to be held as a guarantee that in the event the bid is accepted and a contract is awarded
to the BIDDER, the contract will be duly executed and its performance properly secured. Bid security
furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio
to provide said surety. The successful BIDDER(s) shall be required to furnish a Contract Bond in a sum
of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount. The bond shall be that of an
approved surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio and shall be underwritten
by a surety that is listed on the most current Department of the Treasury Circular 570, "Surety
Companies Acceptable on Federal Bonds". All contractors and subcontractors involved with the
project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the
implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment
opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor’s Executive Order of
1972, and Governor’s Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bidders must comply with the prevailing
wage rates on Public Improvements in Wood County and Perrysburg Township, Ohio as determined by the Ohio
Bureau of Employment Services Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239. Each bid proposal must be made
upon the blanks, or facsimiles thereof, furnished with the Contract Documents, and must be delivered to
the office of the Township Administrator, 26609 Lime City Road, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551, previous to
10:00 a.m. local time, on the date specified. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or
parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of
its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period
of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. Domestic Steel use
requirements as specified in Section 153.011 of the Revised Code apply to this project. Copies of
Section 153.11 of the Ohio Revised Code can be obtained from the Office of the Ohio Facilities
Construction Commission. Perrysburg Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any
informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid that it deems most
