To the Editor:
The term perennials is not limited to those flowers and weeds that return every year. There are those
perennials that want a cushy ride on the public dole, and at every election their name is on the ballot.

Wood County has a perennial. He ran for county commissioner and lost, he ran for the 6th District Court
of Appeals and lost. Now Joel Kuhlman is running for Wood County Common Pleas judge.
He should lose again.
