She was born in Cadillac, Michigan, in 1940 to Madeline and James Anderson. She was a graduate of Arthur

Karen worked for many years at the Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities before she retired in

with many great stories about her adventures over the years. She was an avid reader and golfer, and
loved to walk her beloved dog Sam. Karen’s proudest moments focused on her grandchildren and

children, Holly (Tony) Hernandez, and Brad (Cari) Tuttle; grandchildren, Joshua Tuttle, Jessica (Chris)
Smith, Jordan (John) Williams, and Alex (Carissa) Hernandez; five great-grandchildren; brother James
(Linda) Anderson, a niece and nephew, and many cousins. She will also be remembered by her former
