Fourth Ward Council Member William Herald will hold a quarterly meeting on Wednesday at the Simpson
Building, 1291 Conneaut Ave., from 7-8:30 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
Herald plans to talk about the updated Master Plan, the Community Action Plan and the East Wooster Street
Corridor study. Efforts to implement these recommendations started when the first plan was completed and
have continued as additional reports have been available.
Herald started quarterly meetings during his previous time on council and has held them each quarter of
his nine plus years on council. This will be his 38th fourth ward quarterly meeting.
