Four hurt in two crashes

Four people were hurt in two separate crashes handled Friday by the Wood County Sheriff’s Office.
At 7:10 a.m. on Ohio 105 at Luckey Road, Allyson Burke, Portage, was eastbound on Route 105 and turned
northbound onto Luckey Road in front of a westbound vehicle driven by Michelle Dobrosky, Woodville.
Burke’s passenger, Keegan Burke, 11, Portage, was taken to Wood County Hospital by Pemberville EMS with
possible injuries.
Allyson Burke was cited for right-of-way at an intersection.
At 6:14 p.m. Doris Spoores, Wayne, was eastbound on Holcomb Road when she failed to yield the
right-of-way to Donald Fredritz, Carey, who was southbound on Ohio 199. Fredritz struck Spoores’
vehicle.
Spoores was taken to Wood County Hospital by Pemberville EMS with incapacitating injuries. Her passenger,
Walter Spoores, Wayne, sustained non-incapacitating injuries and was taken to Fostoria Community
Hospital by Bradner EMS.
Fredritz was taken to Fostoria Community Hospital by Fostoria EMS with non-incapacitating injuries.
