Betty Kahlenberg is retiring after four years as the advertising director for the Sentinel-Tribune. She
is currently the president of the Bowling Green Rotary Club, chairman of the Bowling Green Community
Visitor’s Bureau, and immediate past president of the Bowling Green Community Foundation. She served 12
years on the Eastwood Board of Education. Kahlenberg has five married children and in the last couple of
weeks welcomed her 9th and 10th grandchildren. During retirement, Kahlenberg will spend more time with
her grandchildren and lend a hand on her farm near Pemberville.
