Howard and Mary Welch of Luckey announce the engagement of their daughter, Caitlin, to Jonathan Moya, son
of Joseph and Aida Moya, of Cherry Hill, NJ.
Caitlin graduated from BGSU in 2009 and then received a master’s degree in social work from the
University of Michigan in 2010. Jonathan graduated from Stockton College in 2009 and then from Rugters
School of Law-Camden in 2013.
An October 2014 wedding is planned.
