Help can’t wait! Participate in an American Red Cross blood drive.
What better way to celebrate the holiday season than to give a priceless gift; a pint of blood and the
gift of life. Help save three lives with your donation of one pint of blood.
Every year at this time there is a serious shortage of blood. Almost everyone during their lifetime will
know someone who needs a blood transfusion. They may be a car accident or trauma victim, cancer or
transplant patient, or have a blood disorder. There is no substitute and still only one source of blood
for transfusions – community volunteer blood donors.
St. Aloysius Catholic Church annual blood drive is Saturday, December 6, 2014 in the St. Aloysius School
gymnasium from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Donations by appointment are preferred, but unscheduled (walk-in)
donations are also welcome. To schedule an appointment please call Mary Lou Szabo at the numbers below.
