June 4 citations:
Expired registration: Chelsey Buerkle, Milford; Nicholas Flores, BG.
Driving under suspension: Larry Crockett, Toledo.
Unauthorized plates: Andrew Dennis, BG.
Accidents occurred:
June 4
• At Clough Street and South College Drive. Candice Moser, Whitehouse, was cited for right-of-way at a
stop sign after a collision with Ann McVey, BG.
• At 1118 S. Main St., Curtis Epke, BG, was cited for turn and stop signals, driving under suspension and
no license plate after a collision with Jack Wylie, BG.
An incidence of a driver passing a school bus while its lights were operating was reported at Kildare
Lane and Waterford Drive.
Rusty Baumbarger, 36, BG, was arrested at East Wooster Street and Interstate 75 and taken to Bowling
Green Municipal Court to post bond for a warrant out of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
At Behavioral Con-nections, 1010 N. Prospect St., Erica Kitchen-Roseman, 34, was arrested for domestic
violence, and Thomas McGuire, 28, was arrested for domestic violence and violation of a protection
order. Both were taken to jail.
A theft incident was reported in the 1000 block of South Main Street.
A break-in was reported in the 400 block of South Main Street.
June 5 citations:
Driving under suspension, expired registration, unauthorized plates: Megan Garza, Maumee.
Drug abuse/marijuana, drug paraphernalia: Tyler Nathan, BG.
Expired license: Paul Hermes, BG.
Underage possession, open container: Paige Brace, Perrysburg; Alexa Camp, Perrysburg.
Violation of temporary permit, defective exhaust: Dominique Ballard, BG.
Theft of cash from an unlocked vehicle was reported at the Wood County Justice Center.
Theft of a cell phone was reported at the BG High School. The matter occurred on June 3.
Theft of a TV was reported following a breaking and entering incident in the 400 block of South Grove
Street.
Theft of a bicycle was reported in the 200 block of East Poe Road.
A cell phone was reported stolen at the BG Middle School and was later recovered.

June 5 citations:
Failure to control: Ashley Lewis, BG.
Passing school bus with lights operating: Andrew Stout, BG.
On June 6, a vehicle reportedly struck a ditch in the 23000 block of Long Judson Road, driving up into a
yard and striking a wooden post and landscaping items.
Several loose horses were reported June 8 at the Pemberville Cemetery, in the 16000 block of Fish Road,
Pemberville.
