ahead after a collision with Amanda Betteris, Grove City.
• at Sand Ridge Road and South Wintergarden Road. Kenneth Kempf, BG, was cited for a stop sign violation
after a collision with Jennifer Sting, Marblehead.
An object was reportedly thrown through a window in the 200 block of East Merry Avenue.
Two men reportedly did not pay for cab fare in the 600 block of Sixth Street.
In the 100 block of West Wooster Street, Isai Brito, 24, Napoleon, was arrested for disorderly conduct
while intoxicated/unable to care for self and taken to jail.
At the Wood County Hospital, a man reported that he had been assaulted. However, he could not recall
where, when, or by whom he was assaulted.
Hit-and-skip incidents were reported in the 200 block of South Prospect Street and in City Lot 4.
Items in a vehicle were reportedly gone through in the 500 block of East Reed Avenue. There were no signs
of forced entry.
In the 900 block of Fourth Street, Shawn Hemenway, 23, Norwalk was arrested for littering; Lucas Koelsch,
23, BG, was cited for nuisance party; and Hopeanne Wohlers, 20, Norwalk, was arrested for underage under
the influence, falsification, resisting arrest, and escape. She was taken to jail.

An attempted shoplifting incident was reported at Wal-Mart. The subject reportedly fled the store upon
the approach of loss prevention personnel.
Damage to a vehicle was reported in the 300 block of East Court Street and the 500 block of East Merry
Avenue.
A "sexual harassment" incident, in which a male reportedly made comments to a 14-year-old girl,
was reported at Carter Park.

A possible identity theft incident was reported on Fairview Avenue.
A fight between juveniles was reported in the 1000 block of Clough Street.
