DelGreco & Gorman to play shows in BG & Grand Rapids
Award-winning songwriters and Riverstorm recording artists Tom DelGreco and Tom Gorman bring their North
Carolina-based band to Wood County for two shows this weekend.
The duo now playing with a quartet will perform Saturday, from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Stones Throw in
Bowling Green and Sunday at 4 p.m. in Grand Rapids as part of the Rhythm on the River series in the
Wright Pavilion on the towpath between the canal and the Maumee River at the end of Lincoln Street.
Formed in 1999, they were songwriting finalists at the Kerrville Folk Festival, Kerrville, Texas. They
toured regionally in the Midwest and received air play including live performances on the "Mitch
Albom Show" on WJR in Detroit. They just completed their fifth CD release, "25th Ave.
NW".
This year Phil Bennett on bass and Masten Cloer on drums joined the duo to create four-part harmonies.
