•    At 800 E. Wooster St. Alyssa Zielinski, BG, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after a
collision with Amy Biegel, BG.
A fraud incident was reported in the city.
A ‘Thank You’ sign at the Wendy’s location on South Main Street reportedly fell and struck a vehicle,
causing damage.
At WalMart, Christopher Morris, 32, BG, was arrested and taken to jail on charges of shoplifting and
possession of criminal tools.

Accidents occurred:
Aug. 30
•    At 220 Maple Street. Darrell Bailey, Toledo, was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control
and failure to stop after an accident to exchange information.
Items including a tool box were taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of Georgia Avenue. The
items were them scattered near the vehicle.
Electronic items including a GPS were taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 400 block of East Napoleon
Road.
The rear plate of a vehicle was pulled and bent in the 400 block of Thurstin Avenue.
A theft incident was reported at WalMart. Also at the business, John Hutka, 28, BG, was arrested and
taken to jail on a charge of shoplifting and criminal damaging.
A sign was reported stolen from Taco Bell in the 300 block of East Wooster Street. The pole it was
attached to was recovered in the 100 block of South Enterprise Street.
