Suspicious house fire still under investigation

FOSTORIA – The Findlay/Hancock County Crime Stoppers and local law enforcement are seeking the public’s
help in solving a case involving a house fire in Fostoria last month.
On Oct. 16, at 6:51 a.m., the Washington Township Fire Department responded to 21821 Township Road 214,
Fostoria, on the report of a working structure fire.
The investigation revealed that criminal activity took place at the residence and then the house was set
on fire. Witnesses saw a minivan in the driveway of the home which then left the area. No information
was obtained about the vehicle.
Those with information about this crime, or any other crime, may be eligible for a cash reward of up to
$1,000 if the information leads to an arrest or indictment.
