Elmwood High School
Sebastian Baxter is the May Student of the Month at Elmwood High School. He is the son of Dan and Mary
Saam, Wayne.
Baxter is a two-time letterman in football, and was named to the NBC Academic Team; is a two-time
letterman in basketball, where he was captain and also was named to the NBC Academic Team; and is a
three-time letterman in track and field.
He is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the youth group at Church of the Good
Shepherd.
He volunteers at the Cherry Street Mission in Toledo and the Bowling Green Care Center.
He plans to attend Anderson University to study psychology and communications while participating in
track and field.
