On May 19, a dog bite incident was reported in the 800 block of Bexley Drive.
Criminal damaging was reported May 22 in the 700 block of Commerce Drive.
On May 19, following and incident in the 4000 block of Champlin Drive, Michael Wallace, 32, Perrysburg,
was charged with assault and aggravated menacing.
A theft incident was reported May 23 in the 11000 block of Fremont Pike.
Vandalism was reported May 24 in the 100 block of West Front Street.
A burglary was reported in the 1000 block of Birch Drive.
A credit card fraud incident was reported in the 200 block of Three Meadows Court on May 25.
A burglary was reported in the 12000 block of WaterStone Lane.
Theft was reported at West Third Street and Louisiana Avenue.
Criminal trespassing was reported at West Indiana Avenue and Fort Meigs Road on May 28.
Theft was reported in the 1000 block of Sandusky Place.

Accidents occurred:
May 27
• At Emerson Road and Portage Road, Portage. Jacob Ginnever, towing farm equipment, drove into a ditch in
order to avoid a collision with an unknown vehicle.
A peacock was reportedly seen crossing the road in the area of West River Road and Five Point Road, rural
Perrysburg.
Theft of tools was reported in the 13000 block of Silver Street, Weston. The incident occurred sometime
within the previous week.
An object was reportedly thrown at a van, causing damage in the 3000 block of Bowling Green Road,
Bradner.
Accidents occurred:
May 25
• at Dowling Road, east of Mercer Road. Ryan Kusky, Toledo, was cited for reasonable control after
driving off the road into a ditch. He indicated a deer had run out in front of his vehicle.
On May 28 a vandalism incident in the 500 block of Main Street, Jerry City, was reported.
A burglary incident, in which a wallet was stolen, was reported in the 13000 block of Union Hill Road,
rural BG.

Expired registration: Tyler Trivette, Grand Rapids.
Accidents occurred:
May 27
• at West Poe Road and Haskins Road. Richard Downs, Tontogany, was cited for assured clear distance ahead
after a collision with Crystal Barnes, Weston.
A 15-year-old male juvenile was arrested for theft at the high school and taken to the Juvenile Detention
Center.
Threatening telephone calls were reported at the CVS Pharmacy on East Wooster Street.
At the Lehman Avenue railroad tracks, Laurence Reed II, 21, Waymouth, Massachusetts, was cited for
driving under suspension and display of plates, and taken to jail.

• at 726 N. Enterprise St. Jay Colville, Sylvania, was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control
after a collision with Christopher Patton, BG.
A man reported being harassed by multiple subjects in the 300 block of South College Drive.
Damage to the taillight of a vehicle was reported in the 1400 block of Clough Street.
Officers were called to Wood County Hospital on the report of a female being combative in the Emergency
Room.
On March 29, Alexa Six, 20, Tiffin, was arrested in the 200 block of South Main Street for underage under
the influence and was taken to Wood County Hospital by Bowling Green Fire/EMS. Later, Six reportedly ran
away from the hospital. She was apprehended behind the facility and taken back inside.
