PERRYSBURG POLICE
Two bad check incidents, one of them occurring in the 200 block of West Indiana Avenue, were reported to
police on March 21.
In the 1000 block of Austin Court on March 22, Cindi Britt, 22, and Alexis Oberhouse, 22, both of
Perrysburg, were cited for disorderly conduct.
A fraud incident was reported in the 1000 block of West South Boundary Street March 24.
A theft, valued at more than $200, was reported in the 1000 block of Elk Court on March 25.
On March 26, in the 300 block of Three Meadows Drive, the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was
reported.
Criminal damaging was reported in the 100 block of Southwood Drive.
On March 27, three bad check incidents were reported in the 26000 block of North Dixie Highway.
SHERIFF’S OFFICE
March 24 citations:
Reckless operation, speed: James Lindsay, Jerry City.
A fraud incident, in which a BG resident reportedly purchased a vehicle on Craig’s List from a seller in
Toledo, and found that the odometer had been turned back and the title forged, was reported on Middleton
Pike, rural BG.
Scrap metal was reportedly stolen from a yard in the 400 block of Jerry Street, Jerry City.
A failure-to-pay incident, amounting to over $36, was reported in the 2000 block of Grant Road, North
Baltimore.
Accidents occurred:
March 25
• at Liberty Hi Road and BG Road West. Jody Yowler, BG, was cited for right-of-way at a stop sign after a
collision with Phillip Tolles, Grand Rapids.
March 26
•at U.S. 6 east of Interstate 75. Amy Ohrtman, Toledo, was cited for right-of-way at a stop sign after a
collision with Rhonda Kendall, Weston.
Theft of scrap metal was reported in the 3000 block of Mitchell Road, North Baltimore. The theft occurred
sometime the previous weekend.
March 27 citations:
Driving under suspension traffic control device: Summer McDonald, North Baltimore.
Theft of a cell phone was reported in the 13000 block of Main Street, Weston on March 23.
On March 29, a horse was reported loose in the 13000 block of Union Hill Road, rural BG.
A fight between dogs was reported in the 10000 block of Milton Road, Custar.
A domestic violence incident was reported in the 13000 block of Center Street, Weston.
A railroad switch was reported to be smoking in the 3000 block of Lemoyne Road, rural Perrysburg, on
March 30.
An assault incident was reported in the 13000 block of Maple Street, Weston.
A small brush fire was reported in the 2000 block of Pelton Road, Fostoria.
An apparent overdose incident involving a 14-year-old female was reported on Dunbridge Road, rural BG.

Possession of marijuana: Brandon Taylor, Columbus.
March 25 citations:
Possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia: Jeremy Garcia, Clyde.
Petty theft was reported at Offenhauer West residence hall.
March 26 citations:
Drug paraphernalia: Arian Daniels, Akron.
A burglary incident was reported at the Anderson/Harshman residence hall.

A menacing incident was reported in the city on March 28.
A theft incident, amounting to as much as $200, was reported in the 900 block of Cherry Street.
Credit card fraud was reported in the 300 block of Commodore Way.
Disorderly conduct was reported at Sandusky and Maple Streets.
A child abuse incident was reported in the 26000 block of North Dixie Highway on March 30. Subjects were
gone upon the arrival of police.
