PEMBERVILLE — Sunday liquor sales approved by village voters Tuesday are good for any business in the
precinct.
Unlike other liquor options which are specific to a business, the two measures approved by voters in
Pemberville allow sales by any operation within the area, Terry Burton, director of the Wood County
Board of Elections, clarified Wednesday morning.
On-premise sales for businesses such as bars passed 332 (73 percent) to 120, and off-premise sales for
carryouts were approved 334 (74 percent) to 116.
