Lorne E. Adkins, 74, of Northwood, Ohio, passed away April 15, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio,
Perrysburg.
He was born in Toledo, Ohio on April 23, 1939 to Carl and Dorothy Adkins.
He was employed as a stationary engineer at Hunt Wesson and St. Charles.
Lorne was a lifelong resident of Northwood and a graduate of Olney High School. He was a member of St.
Mark Lutheran Church.
Lorne enjoyed working with old lawn mowers, garden tractors, and watching WWE.
He is survived by his sister, Bonita Deal and brother-in-law Gerald Deal; cousins, Shirley (Robert)
Businger, Marilyn (Jerry) Lewandowski, and Sandra Grove.
Lorne was preceded in death by his parents; twin brother Larry; and cousin, Gail Grove.
There will be no visitation.
Graveside services will be held at Lake Township Cemetery on Friday, April 18, 2014 at 10 a.m.
