Sentinel online archive is back
An online archive of previous stories is now available at www.sent-trib.com after it was first thought
the files were lost.
An upgrade to the newspaper’s website became necessary earlier this year, and the contents of the archive
initially could not be included.
Old photographs remain unavailable online, but previous stories are now accessible by using the search
feature of the website.
Poe Road closed for tile repair
The Wood County Highway Garage has announced Poe Road will be closed on Wednesday between Green and
Liberty Hi roads between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. for tile repair.
Weston Council reschedules mtg.
The meeting of the Custar Village Council has been rescheduled for Sept. 17 7:30  p.m. at the American
Legion hall.
Meeting was originally scheduled for Wednesday.
Troy Township Trustees cancel regular meeting
The Troy Township Trustees have canceled the regular meeting set for Wednesday.
The next regular meeting will be Sept. 24 at 7 p.m.
Eastwood plans town hall forum
The Eastwood Board of Education will be a Town Hall meeting to discuss possible funding options for a new
K-5 building on the central campus on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in the middle school cafeteria.
There will be no action taken on removing the bond issue at this meeting, but this will be where
residents can share their thoughts and opinions on that subject.
