ANTHONY WAYNE LOCAL SCHOOLS LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids to furnish and deliver one (1) 9
passenger school van will be received at the office of the Treasurer of the Anthony Wayne Board of
Education, 9565 Bucher Road, Whitehouse, Ohio 43571 until 10:00 A.M, Tuesday, January 6, 2015. Copies of
the specifications may be obtained at the Anthony Wayne Transportation Office, 6320 Industrial Parkway,
Whitehouse, Ohio 43571. Bids are to be made in accordance with the specifications and be accompanied by
a bid guaranty and contract bond equal to 100% of the bid submitted, or a certified bank draft drawn in
favor of the Anthony Wayne Board of Education equal to 10% of the total bid submitted. Purchase of said
van is subject to the approval of the Anthony Wayne Board of Education. Bids will be considered by the
board of education on a basis of price, quality and utility and in accordance with section 3313.46 of
the Revised Code. The Board reserves the right to accept any part or all of any bid and to reject any
