ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Legal Notice December 10, 2014 The following item will be discussed at the
December 10, 2014 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Board will meet in the City Administrative
Services Building at 304 North Church Street, Bowling Green, Ohio at 7:00 p.m. on the above date. The
letter of application and drawing is available for inspection at the Planning Department at the above
address. VARIANCE REQUESTS Roger Billings, 933 North Main Street, has requested a variance to allow the
construction of a 6 foot tall fence along Dill Street which will be 2 feet taller than allowed in the
front yard setback, a variance to allow the construction of a 10′ x 20′ deck, which will encroach 4 feet
into the 4 foot required side yard setback to the north and will encroach 10 feet into the 10 foot
required setback from the existing shed. Shawn Stansbery, 869 Scott Boulevard, has requested a variance
to allow the construction of an addition (an attached garage not to exceed 24 ½ feet x 25 feet) that
will encroach 5 feet into the required 10 foot side yard setback on the east. Matt DeWood, 325 Wallace,
has requested a variance to allow the construction of a 24′ x 24′ detached garage on a lot that does not
have a primary structure and will encroach 5 feet into the required 10 foot side yard setback. A
variance is also being requested for a driveway that will encroach 3 feet into the required 3 foot side
