A Bowling Green woman who did not appear for her arraignment on charges for assaulting
“functionally-impaired” 14-year-old has been apprehended in Michigan.
Wood County Prosecutor Paul Dobson said Kendall Louise Jackson, 31, will have to go through an
extradition process to return to the area.
Jackson was indicted in March on a one felonious assault count and eight counts of assault.
When she did not appear for a March 18 arraignment, a warrant was issued for her arrest. Dobson said she
was located Friday in Kalamazoo.
The nine separate assault charges all involving the same victim, whom she was listed as serving as a
caretaker for. All counts are alleged to have occurred on Feb. 4.
