Apply for backpacks, supplies and vouchers for the K-12 Fitted for Success program, starting Wednesday.

Applications may be picked up at Wood County Job and Family Services, 1928 E. Gypsy Lane Road. To request
an application to be mailed, call 419-352-7566, ext. 8492. Applications must be received by July 31.
Backpacks, supplies and vouchers will be distributed in August.
Basic eligibility requirements are legal custodian/parent of child or children must apply, verify total
monthly family income, verify children’s enrollment/school status and proof of citizenship.
Assistance will be provided on a first come/first served basis.
