MILLBURY — Bronson Medley tossed a one-hit shutout in leading Lake over Evergreen 5-0 on Tuesday.
Medley, who struck out a game-high eight batters to lead the Flyers (16-0), also paced the offense with
two hits and two RBIs. Scott Mackiewicz also had a pair of hits and drove in two runs.

FOSTORIA — Rossford fell in a low-scoring affair 2-0 to Fostoria in Tuesday’s Northern Buckeye Conference
game.
Hunter Broshious had the Bulldogs’ lone extra-base hit of the game with a double. Andrew McManus had two
of their five hits.
Dylan Sheets and Trey Groves each had a pair of hits to lead the Redmen.

Otsego 5, Elmwood 4
TONTOGANY — Otsego overcame five errors, racked up 14 hits and scored four seventh-run innings to slip
past Elmwood 5-4 in Tuesday’s Northern Buckeye Conference game.
Shelbey Spurlock, who had two hits and two RBIs, had the walk-off hit in the bottom of the seventh to
give the Knights (10-5, 3-3 NBC) the win. Eve Serrato led with three hits.
Jill Hannah had a pair of hits to lead the Royals.

PORT CLINTON — Rossford was doubled up on hits Tuesday night, but the Bulldogs poured on eight runs to
edge Port Clinton 8-6.
Val Swope, who also struck out three players across five innings, knocked in a game-high three runs to
lead Rossford (8-7).
Sarah Semen had a pair of hits for the Bulldogs, who scored two runs in each of the first three innings.

BOYS TENNIS
Perrysburg 5, Bowling Green 0
Perrysburg did not lose a set in singles play, sweeping Bowling Green 5-0 in Tuesday’s match.
BG’s Erik Schempf, Dom Meszaros and James Eddington were all swept 6-0, 6-0 in No. 1, 2 and 3 singles
action.
Mitchell Drumm and Luke Konecny fell 6-2, 6-1 in No. 1 doubles. Hayden McCracken and Jack Devine dropped
their No. 2 doubles match 6-2, 6-1.
