Janice Kay Challen, January 31, 1958 – April 19, 2019
Janice lost her long, hard battle with fibrosis. a lung disease she never deserved.
She was the love of Kent’s life; she will always be in his heart and he will never forget her. Janice was
a great sister, aunt, stepmom and grandma. She had so many people in her family who will never forget
her. Janice never judged anyone, looked out for everyone, and would listen to all.
Janice was a talented artist and worked for many years until 2014, when her disease no longer allowed her
to.
Janice’s only last wishes was for everyone to love each other, hug a little harder, and listen to each
other. She wanted no services and we will gather in time, to have a fun day for her.
Memorial contributions in Janice’s honor may be gifted to the Wood County Humane Society for the cats,
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Autism Association, or the Eastern Paralyzed Veterans
Association or any veteran’s group.
