Bowling Green police have made arrests in connection to more than 50 vehicle windows broken on the east
side of town.
On Friday morning at approximately 3:49 a.m., officers responded to 505 Lehman Ave. to take a report of a

within the city and located 53 other vehicles in the areas of 480 Lehman, 300 Lehman, 325 S. Summit St.,
995 S. Main St. and 1000 block of Fairview Ave. that had a window broken out.
Officers were given a description of the suspects’ vehicle by witnesses. Officers located the suspects
leaving the area of 1070 Fairview.
Shywoun Lanier, 22, Leonard Richardson Jr., 18, Davion Tyler, 18, and Kallin Gary, 19, all of Toledo,

Anyone with further information is urged to contact the Bowling Green Police Division at 419-352-2571 or
Wood County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-54-CRIME at 419-352-0077.
This is the third time a rash of vehicle break-ins have been reported in the city.
On March 18, several vehicles on the east side of town were reportedly broken into, in the areas of the
1400 block of Clough Street and 100 block of State Street.
On March 21, police investigated more than 50 vehicles that had windows broken out in the areas of
Varsity Square, the 900 block of Klotz Road, the 700 block of Napoleon Road and the 400 block South
Summit Street.
“We’d love to tie them all together,” said Lt. Dan Mancuso, with the Bowling Green Police Division.
Right now, the division could not say if all the incidents were related, as no evidence points in that
direction, he said.
He added that vehicles at Bowling Green State University, the City of Rossford, and Ohio State University
had break-ins during the same time.
