TOLEDO — Maumee Valley Country Day School’s Drama Department will present four performances of the

“Seussical” is a musical that brings to life several beloved Dr. Seuss characters, including the Cat in
the Hat, Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, Lazy Mayzie, all the Whos of Whoville, and JoJo, a young
“thinker of strange and wonderful thinks.” The Cat in the Hat takes the audience into the Jungle of Nool
where he finds Horton, the kind-hearted elephant who discovers a speck of dust containing Whoville.
Horton faces several challenges when he decides to protect the residents of Whoville while also watching
