Five members met at the home of Judy Robinson on March 18.
President Jakcie Shank read some information regarding quilts, which is the group’s theme this year.
Minutes of the February meeting were read and approved.
Founder’s Day will be April 15 and the members will eat at the Beer Barrel at Fallen Timbers at 11:30
a.m. Following dinner, members will go to the home of Donna Lambert for installation of officers and the
Founder’s Day program.
Easter cards will be sent to area nursing home residents and semi-homebound persons in the area.
Otsego Food Pantry items were brought by the members and will be taken to the pantry in Grand Rapids.
Election of officers was held: President Barbara Heiman, vice president Robinson, secretary Betty Buehrer
and treasurer Lambert.
Robinson’s program consisted of articles read from the Bend of the River magazine and Farmer’s Almanac.
She also read from the “Presidential Wit and Wisdom” book.
Dessert was served.
