Farmers and Merchants declares 2019 first-quarter cash dividend

ARCHBOLD — The board of directors of Farmers and Merchants Bancorp Inc., the holding company of the
Farmers and Merchants State Bank, with assets of approximately $1.4 billion, announced that it has
approved the company’s quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share.
This is a 15.4 percent increase over the first quarter dividend of 2018. The first quarter dividend is
payable on April 20, 2019, to shareholders of record as of March 26, 2019.
Farmers has Merchants Bancorp has been serving Northwest Ohio and Northeast Indiana since 1897. The bank
provides commercial banking, retail banking and other financial services through its 30 offices.
Locations are in Fulton, Defiance, Hancock, Henry, Lucas, Williams and Wood counties in Northwest Ohio.
In Northeast Indiana, offices are located in Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Jay and Steuben counties.
