CIFT to host program on farm operations

CIFT invites agricultural professionals in Ohio to join in an informative session, Wednesday from 9-11:30
a.m. that will help keep operations running efficiently and assure its continuity as an enterprise.
Experts will speak on the application of cost-saving lean principles for agriculture, farm succession and
the effects of the new tax law upon growers.

Featured speakers include:
Troy Wildermuth, director of Manufacturing, Ohio Manufacturing Extension Partnership.
Paul E. Croy, attorney, RCO Law. Croy practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, estate and
trust administration, business and farm transition planning, general business representation, and
residential and investment real estate.
Matthew A. Long, EA, tax supervisor, Gilmore Jasion Mahler. Long joined Gilmore Jasion Mahler in the fall
of 2010. He achieved his Enrolled Agents license from the IRS in 2016. Long works with a variety of
small to medium-size businesses, with a focus in manufacturing, construction and agricultural taxation.

The free event will be held at the Agricultural Incubator Foundation, 13737 Middleton Pike.
