Public dinner offered
PEMBERVILLE — The Pemberville United Methodist Church’s public dinner will be Feb. 16 from, 4:30-6:30
p.m., serving their soup buffet featuring 12 soup choices and a sandwich, salad bar, homemade dessert
and beverage. the cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children under age 10.
The church is located at 205 Perry St. Carry-outs will be available.

Kids Valentine Party set
BLOOMDALE — The Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 Mulberry St., is scheduling a Kids Valentine’s Party
on Tuesday from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Chili cook-off planned
WESTON — The Weston Church of Christ, 13355 Center St., will hold its annual Chili Cook-Off on Feb. 23 at
6:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend, to eat and compete. This is a free event.
Rescheduled game night is Saturday
First Christian Church, 875 Haskins Road, is holding its free Game Night Saturday from 6:30-9 p.m. This
is the new date for the event which was postponed last month due to inclement weather.
Soup and salad lunch offered
The congregation of Hope Lutheran Church, 13507 Cloverdale Road, will host a soup and salad luncheon in
the fellowship hall Sunday from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m.
The menu includes chicken rice and taco soups, hot dogs and chicken sandwiches, along with a variety of
salads and desserts.
Proceeds will benefit WPOS Christian radio and the Lutheran Indian Ministries.
