Soup and sandwiches to restore window
CUSTAR — St. Louis Parish will be having a Soup and Sandwich Supper on Saturday from 4-7 p.m., in the
school basement.
The dinner includes a bottomless bowl of a variety of soups, choice of hot chicken sandwich or a
coney/hot dog, dessert and beverage.
A free will offering will be accepted, with proceeds going toward the rectory window replacement fund.
Carry outs are also available.
St. Louis Parish is located on Ohio 281.
Rescheduled ‘Game Night’ ready
First Christian Church, 875 Haskins Road, is trying again to hold another Game Night, on Feb.9 from
6:30-9 p.m.
This was postponed from last month due to heavy snow and drifting.
The return of this event is open to all age 16 and over and is free of charge. The public is invited to
attend for snacks, pizza and a variety of cards and games. No reservations are necessary.
Organizers say “bring a friend or make a new one.” The venue is handicapped accessible.
Dinner concert planned at ‘Truck Stop Ministries’
NORTH BALTIMORE — Truck Stop Ministries Inc. is planning a dinner concert on Feb. 10 featuring 441
Quartet and Gary Herren. It will be held at the Iron Skillet Restaurant, located at the Petro Truck
Stop, 12900 Deshler Road.
Dinner will be served at 5 p.m. The concert follows at 6 p.m.
