They joined five other satellite FFA chapters from Penta Career Center. There were more than 64,000

sessions, a chapter dinner, concert and rodeo, and toured a hog breeding facility.
On Oct. 24, FFA members Gus Eschedor, Austin Fiebelkorn, Kassie Fintel, Jackie Steel, Cassidy Vestal,
Kylee Douglas, Cassidy Hendricks and Cate Korsnack attended the opening session where artist and writer

di Beppo Italian Restaurant. After dinner, they attended the convention concert featuring Garth Brooks.

The next day, the group attended the career and college expo where they shopped, met with leaders in the
industry and learned about colleges. They attended a convention session where John Deere CEO Samuel
Allen talked about the future of the agricultural industry. Also at this session, the Bowling Green FFA

night, they attended the World’s Toughest Rodeo at the state fairgrounds.
On the final day, the members stopped at Shaffer’s Goldrush hog breeding facility. The learned about the
show circuit, met some of the breeding boars and asked questions about industry practices.
On Saturday, four members, Manny Carrillo, Noah Neitz, Lexi Fiebelkorn and Nolan Brennan, received the
