The following will take place next week at the Wood County Senior Center, 305 N. Main St., Bowling Green.
Many programs require advance registration, which is indicated by an *. For information call the office
of Wood County Committee on Aging at 419-353-5661. Visit its website for information on daily programs

The center is closed today due to the winter weather forecast.
Meals
Lunch is served daily at all county senior centers. No person over 60 shall be denied nutrition services
because of failure to contribute all or part of the cost. Participants shall determine for themselves
what they are able to contribute. A $2 suggested donation is appreciated for lunches.
Next week’s menu features: Monday, All sites closed; Tuesday, chicken a la king or Swedish meatballs;
Wednesday, stuffed pepper or chicken macaroni casserole; Thursday, barbecue chicken breast or liver and
onions; Friday, plantation supper or lemon pepper pollock.
Dinner is served at the Wood County Senior Center Tuesday through Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. and reservations
are needed by 2 p.m. Suggested donation is $4. The dinner menu is: Tuesday, barbecue beef sandwich;
Wednesday, cobb salad with chicken; Thursday, meat chili.

ADVANCE PLANNING
• Great Decisions a discussion program on world issues. Topic: Decoding U.S. – China Trade. The speaker
will be Neil Englehart, a Bowling Green State University professor. It will be held Jan. 26 from 9:30-11
a.m.
• New Adventures Group: Armstrong Air and Space Museum on Feb. 12. Meet at the Elder Beerman parking lot
at 8:30 a.m. and return by 3:30 p.m. The transportation cost is $8 due at registration and museum
